Trade Education is a cornerstone of our charitable giving program. Within trade education, we have three primary focuses in our giving:
- supporting the importance of technical education and the skilled trades
- ensuring that youth have a quality education-especially those who are underprivileged
- providing educational opportunities to develop skills and workplace readiness
We invest in and partner with Duval County Public Schools and A. Philip Randolph Career Academies to promote the skilled trades as a viable, high-demand career path for students.
Our health and wellness partner is Wolfson Children’s Hospital. We invest in research programs and participate in annual community events like the Wolfson Children’s Challenge.
Our Leadership Development initiatives are centered on developing the Leadership potential of our associates.
While these three initiatives are the focus of our corporate social responsibility programs today, our commitment to this area constantly requires new thinking and new approaches. As a result, we are always looking for ways to improve.
